About Sharif Hamdy
I have been in the marketing and promotion industry since the mid-1990s. I started in the local club and concert industry, producing/voicing radio advertising on KISS 98.5, 97 Rock, and 103.3 The Edge. In the early 2000s, I grew into graphic design and digital content creation, working as a freelancer from 2007 to 2016.
In 2012, I discovered photography along the way, and that became a personal passion of mine. A Nikon D3100 Camera was the final gift my father would give me before his passing the following year. It opened up my creativity. While I have done some commercial work, photography is primarily a hobby; some people golf, I click the shutter.
In 2016 I took a position in corporate America in college dining marketing for 5 years. In January of 2021, I decided it was time to hire myself. I became a franchisee, and build something that serves the community, connecting locally owned businesses and nonprofits with the community and local customers.
I provide a branding mechanism for locally owned businesses by micro targeting affluent and educated readers. I accomplish this by having companies sponsor content in private, family-oriented, neighborhood-specific magazines for homeowners across the local area. These high-quality, full-color publications are distributed to homeowners monthly. To put it simply, I bring people together, and I do so better than any other form of media in today’s world while affording local business owners a uniquely effective way to build brand awareness and increase word of mouth faster.
Any locally owned small to medium-sized business looking to grow their brand awareness and looking for exposure not only more eyes, but the right eyes. Ideal industries include but not limited to all Home maintenance and repair services, commercial and residential Cleaning, financial institutions, medical specialty, home care and companion services, health, wellness, fitness, legal services and educational Services.
