Erin is deeply invested in health, wellness, and beauty from the inside out, striving to educate clients on home care and the best products for their unique needs. Her goal is to ensure every client leaves feeling pampered, refreshed, and confident. Originally from Central New York, Erin moved to Western New York in 2018 to support her younger sister through college. When she’s not in the spa, she enjoys exploring new cities, hiking scenic trails, attending live music events, and cozying up with her cat, a good book, and a cup of coffee.

My serious interest in photography began during the Vietnam War. While stationed in Southeast Asia I purchased my first good camera and read the directions, which said, “load film, start business”. So after a four year stint in the Air Force, that’s exactly what I did. Like many, I was mesmerized the first time I saw a black and white print come up in the tray. It’s many years later, and I’m still mesmerized by the almost unlimited possibilities of photography in its current incarnation.

But technology aside, nothing is more important than light and developing the ability to “see”. A wise man once said “a photograph is nothing more than a picture of light”. And he was right.

There’s an expression, a phrase, that’s been around photography for a very long time. It’s actually the answer to a question. The question usually comes about when someone is viewing what they consider to be an especially impressive photograph. The question goes something like, “how did you do that?” or “what camera did you use?” or “what lens and f-stop?”. The answer is always the same. “F8 and be there”. Actually the “F8” part doesn’t really matter. The “be there” part is what really matters.

It’s easy getting comfortable in our lives. The big-screen TV, the computer, the phone, yadda, yadda, yadda. But here’s the trick. Get up. Put on your coat. Grab your camera and go. Be there. Be where the light is. Wait for it to do something interesting. And then push the button.

I grew up in North Niagara county, youngest of 9 children. I currently live in North Tonawanda with my husband. I am the proud parent of 2 successful, happily married children and have 1 grandchild with another on the way. My father was self-employed, so I learned early the struggles of small businesses. I have found myself surrounded by owners of businesses throughout my career. LDS Consulting was founded in 2002 and after working my entire career in the corporate world, I decided to pursue helping as many small businesses as possible.

Our commitment is to create a truly holistic and unique experience, in a caring and professional environment.  Our mission is to become an essential element in maintaining a healthy body and mind emanating from the inside out.

In 2015, Laura was brought on to the Buffalo Bills team as one of their massage therapists. It continues to be an honor to work with the Bills team players.

2480 Auto was started back in 2007 and has continued to grow from then to now, and into the foreseeable future. One of the advantages we bring to our customers is that we are a NAPA Auto Care store and we are a AAA facility. Another benefit to our customers is we accept all insurance carriers and warranty companies.

Gabriel Johnson is a local native and graduate of Erie Community College ’12 & ’13, as well as a Buffalo State College graduate ’16. He has been a member of WNYPRO Since 2017. Outside of working, he enjoys spending his time as a radio personality, cooking and eating, getting lost in nature, as well as using his degrees volunteering throughout the buffalo area and at Nickel City Church.

Born in Utica, NY; Raised in Wilson, NY; Cum Laude graduate at Niagara University. Married and proud “parent” to Brinklie and Brandie (Our Golden Retrievers) I am an avid sports fan and we love to vacation in the Southwest part of the country.
